Empress Distributor Program
To qualify to become a Distributor for Empress Database products, this highest level of Empress Partner is subject to the terms and conditions of a non-exclusive, non-transferable agreement in a designated territory outside of USA and Canada.
Distributor is entitled to:
- Manufacture, promote, market, distribute and license the use of each Empress System or Empress Run-Time System to Users within the Territory
- Appoint non-exclusive VAR's which may manufacture, promote, market, distribute and license the use of Packages within the Territory
- Appoint non-exclusive Remarketers and Reseller which may promote, market, distribute and license the use of Packages within the Territory
- Use the Empress System to develop Application Systems for use on the designated Platforms
- Use the Empress System to maintain, support and train Users of each Empress System or Empress Run-Time System
- Execute and deliver Empress User Licenses
- Receive a preferential Distributor Discount off each copy of Empress System or Empress Run-Time Systems licensed
- Participate in negotiated "special deals" with significant customers that need special pricing
