Since class size is limited, Empress Software cannot guarantee a place for a particular course selected. Confirmation by payment is required two weeks before the course. For their convenience, directions to our facility and information regarding hotels and airports will be sent to each registered student. Accommodations and transportation are the responsibility of the attending student. On-site courses can be identical to our regular training courses or they can be customized to suit the needs of our customers. For on-site training, the customer is required to provide all the necessary hardware, software and classroom facilities. Empress will provide instructors and training materials. Empress instructors are very proficient in doing one-on-one tutoring, responding to your questions or helping you understand Empress products/features in a workshop environment on your pace. If there's more you'd like to learn - let us help you. Schedule Changes Unexpected events may cause Empress Software to make changes to any of the courses listed here. In such cases, registrants will be notified as soon as possible, usually within two weeks of the start date. You will be given the option of attending the next course of the same type or receiving a full refund.Empress Software will not be responsible for penalties incurred because of discounted airfare purchases. Students who do not attend a session and fail to notify Empress Software before the first day of class will be charged the full tuition fee. Substitutions from the same company may be made without charge. Cancellations Participants who are unable to attend a course that they have registered for should notify Empress Software at least two weeks before the course starting date to receive a full refund or credit. A credit will be given to registrants who cancel within the two-week period before the course.
