What is "empsyslogd"?

- "empsyslogd" uses a circular buffer to implement logging. This utility was developed using Empress Host Language "mr" Routines and Embedded Empress Database. Therefore "empsyslogd" includes a run-time module of Embedded Empress Database. Since this utility is offered free of charge for non-commercial use, the Empress engine is restricted to satisfy the requirements of small size installations.
