priced products. Special pricing reserved exclusively for Empress Partners includes discounts off standard
pricing and offers run-time modules. |

Multiple Platform Support
Empress RDBMS is available on all major UNIX, Windows and real-time operating systems. Empress Partners gain
access of Empress RDBMS on all the supported platforms via the Empress Platform Support program. |

Direct Technical Support
The cornerstone of partnering with Empress Software is unlimited access to Empress Direct Technical Support.
Empress Partners use telephone, e-mail and fax to communicate with database experts. |

Technical Training
Empress Software provides its Partners with Technical Training via custom on-site training and regularly
scheduled courses. Partners are entitled to 50% discounts on all scheduled Technical Training Courses. |

Sales Leads Distribution
Leads collected at Empress Sales Offices will be distributed among Partners according to their vertical and
territorial profiles. |

Direct Representation
A dedicated Account Representative will be responsible for catering to the specific needs of every Empress
Partner. Each Partner will benefit from:

Empress Partners can take advantage of a variety of Empress sales and marketing literature. Partners may also
display the Empress Software logo. |

Priority Access to Privileged Information
The Empress WWW site contains a diverse and substantial amount of valuable information on ESI and its
products. In addition to the general interest pages which are public, Empress Partners have the privilege of
accessing the restricted pages, which contain technical and release notes, white papers, listing of manuals,
installation notes, and the technical support database. |

Archived Version Support
In the event that an Empress Partner wishes to continue to receive Empress Direct Technical Support for
discontinued Empress products, the Partner can initiate a subscription to Empress Archived Version Support.
This arrangement will ensure that Empress Technical Support preserves the Partner production environment for
as long the Partner chooses to exercise this option. |
