This is an annual subscription product which provides the Empress Partner with unlimited access to the pool of Empress experts. Empress Direct Technical Support opens an opportunity for Empress users to discuss issues of database design, application development, and general problems. In other words service subscribers benefit from direct access to Empress consultants via e-mail, telephone and fascimile. There is no limit on the number of questions asked and the hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. via a toll free telephone number.
